Universiti Malaysia Pahang Admission Requirement, Here are the admission requirements of Malaysia Pahang University. All prospective applicants are to take critical note of the requirements before they apply.
 

Entry Requirements for Undergraduate Programmes

BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE PROGRAM

Matriculation or Equivalent Level
STPM or Equivalent Level
Diploma or Equivalent Level
International Baccalaureate
 


 

DIPLOMA OF COMPUTER SCIENCE PROGRAM

SPM OR EQUIVALENT LEVEL
CERTIFICATE or Equivalent Level

Admission Requirements for Postgraduate programmes

Requirements for RESEARCH Programmes:

  • PhD Degree
    • Recognized Master by research degree or Master by coursework with CPA 3.00/4.00 and above, OR;
    • Recognized degree with minimum of 5 years working experince in related fields
  • Master Degree
    • Recognized degree with CPA 2.75/4.00 and above, OR;
    • Recognized degree with minimum of 1 year working experience
  • International Student
    • IELTS Band 5.0 or TOEFL Paper Based – 500 points, TOEFL Internet Based-Test (IBT) 60 OR TOEFL Computer Based-Test(CBT) 173, otherwise must attend Pre-sessional English Course (PEC).

    *International students with Bachelor and Master’s from Malaysian Universities, English requirement is not needed and also to Malaysian students.
    *The certification SHOULD NOT be more than 2 years.

Requirements for COURSEWORK Programmes:

  • Recognized degree with CPA 2.50/4.00 and above, OR;
  • Recognized degree with minimum of 5 years working 
  • International Student: IELTS Band 5.0 or TOEFL Paper Based – 500 points, TOEFL Internet Based-Test (IBT) 60 OR TOEFL Computer Based-Test(CBT) 173, otherwise must attend Pre-sessional English Course (PEC).

*International students with Bachelor and Master’s from Malaysian Universities, English requirement is not needed and also to Malaysian students.
*The certification SHOULD NOT be more than 2 years.
