KUCHING: SEGi College Sarawak graduates who obtained their degree from University of Sunderland, United Kingdom have been lauded for their achievement.

The university’s deputy vice chancellor (Academics) Prof Dr Michael Young said the achievements were a result of dedication shown by both students and staff.

“This is your (students) day and you deserve the achievement and you should celebrate the occasion today. Secondly, celebrate more and thirdly, celebrate a lot,” he said to the applause of the graduates, their parents and guests.

“I also like to thank the staff of SEGi College for being inspiring to and supportive of our students. Your engagement with students and your dedication is exemplary. You should be proud of yourselves and what you have done,” he added.
